Net Zero
Designed as 67 units of independent seniors’ non-market housing with commercial at the ground level. This Net Zero building anchored the sustainability effort of the Olympic Village at South East False Creek. Certified LEED Platinum and Net Zero, the project was completed for the City of Vancouver in 2009.
