GBL Interiors collaborated closely with the architectural team to bring to life a modern, 6-story residential building that seamlessly blends with the vibrant character of this up-and-coming neighborhood. Featuring The project comprises of a diverse mix of market residential units above a single level of commercial units fronting on to Cedar Avenue. Situated in the heart of the South Pandosy neighbourhood, residents will enjoy the convenience of a walkable community with access to the new waterfront park and urban amenities.

In addition to the main building, GBL Interiors designed the marketing presentation centre. This space was thoughtfully crafted with the overall project in mind, incorporating design elements that tell a cohesive and engaging story. The use of raw materials such as wood and stone adds depth and warmth, while the contrast between smooth and textured surfaces offers a unique, tactile experience for prospective buyers, showcasing the quality and vision behind the development.
